Summer Mixes: A Night of Spoken Word and Mixes in Manila
Still can’t get over your last summer heartbreak? Looking to start a new romance under the dreamy starry skies? Spend a night full of warm music, cold drinks and lovely feels as Black Table Productions and SoundCloud Philippines bring you Summer Mixtape. This event is happening on May 6, 2017 from 6 pm – 9pm, at Sangkap Filipino Restaurant located in Portico, Captain Javier Street, Oranbo, Pasig City.
Summer Mixtape is an event that features a compilation of Spoken Word and Music mixes that tell intersecting stories of sweet love and burning passions spent over one sun-kissed night.
The event features spoken word artists Mark Ghosn (Ampalaya Monologues), RochLazarte (Words Anonymous), MaimaiCantillano, Alfonso Manalastas, Leandro Reyes (Loudmouth Collective) and Sofia Dara Medina (Mythos Collective) and teams them up with popular independent musicians from SoundCloud Philippines: Pauline Lauron, Yan Abelardo, Blessie Hernandez Azul, CeidgeRazon, Nelle Fernandez and DjheySalonga. There will also be an open mic segment for those who would like to share their own unforgettable summer memory.
