    Fried Garlic Peanuts Basil Sauce

    Ingredients:
    20 g fried garlic peanuts
    40 g basil leaves
    90 g olive oil

    Cooking directions:
    1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
    2. Transfer the sauce to a tighly covered container and store properly.

Pro Tip: Use quality extra virgin olive oil for good flavor. Freshly cooked fried garlic peanuts should also be used because stale ones may be oxidized. Spinach, parsley, and other greens can also be used as a substitute to make this sauce.
