CHAMPAGNE TASTING MASTERCLASS WITH MOËT & CHANDON

Elevate the experience of enjoying the finest bubbly with a Champagne Tasting Masterclass helmed by Moët & Chandon’s resident connoisseur. To be held on October 17, 3:30 p.m. at the Spiral Private Dining Room, the masterclass features exquisite canape pairings prepared by Spiral’s culinary artisans. Rates are set at Php 5,000 nett per person.

Experience gastronomic luxury as Spiral presents an exclusive dinner featuring an indulgent 5-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Bettina Arguelles paired with the finest selection of Rémy Martin cognac.

The Rémy Martin Dinner will be held on October 28, 6 p.m. at the Spiral Private Dining Room. Rates are set at Php 4,900 nett per person.

Cloudy Bay & Oysters night will be held on October 30, 5 p.m., at the Seawall Garden. Rates are set at Php 3,500 nett per person.

PRIVATE WINE DINNERS AT SPIRAL

Celebrations are made more magnifique as Spiral presents Private Wine Dinners fit for exclusive gatherings of discerning epicures.

Sofitel’s savoir-faire and signature flair for gastronomy and wine take center stage as connoisseurs may now organize their own private wine dinner featuring a 5-course menu prepared by Spiral’s master culinary artisans. Elevating the gastronomic experience are international wine pairings from the finest vintage for a true feast for the senses.

Private Wine Dinner at Spiral may be booked for Thursdays-Sundays, inclusive of the luxuries of a private dining room and a dedicated waiter. A minimum of 4 persons and 48-hour notice is required.
