Noodle Lab, Restaurant Delina, and The Underbelly Launch Itamessy Pop-Up in Makati from June 4 to August 31
Noodle Lab has returned to The Grid Food Market in Power Plant Mall, Makati City with a limited-time collaboration pop-up running from June 4 to August 31, 2026. Located at Stall 17, the concept brings together Noodle Lab, Restaurant Delina, and The Underbelly for a menu inspired by itameshi, a style of cuisine that blends Japanese and Italian influences.
The collaboration, called Itamessy, was first introduced through a three-day pop-up earlier this year. Following its successful debut, the concept has returned to The Grid for a three-month run, serving dishes that combine craft ramen, fresh pasta, and flavors drawn from both culinary traditions.

Centered on playful interpretations of Japanese-Italian cuisine, the menu explores the intersection of noodles, pasta, and comfort food through dishes that balance familiar ingredients with unexpected combinations.
Among the featured dishes is Alfredo-san, made with fresh tagliatelle, truffled miso, parmesan, butter, and seared mushrooms.

Another highlight is a Japanese-inspired version of Restaurant Delina’s Whipped Ricotta, featuring fried fresh pasta, house-made ricotta, wasabi honey, furikake, and The Underbelly’s fragrant sauce.
