  • Salcedo Village continues to evolve as one of Makati’s most dynamic dining districts, with a fresh wave of restaurants and cafés adding even more variety to its already vibrant food scene. From refined Italian plates and seafood feasts to casual cafés and Filipino comfort food, here are some of the newest spots worth visiting.

    Casa Italianos

    Recently opened in January 2026, Casa Italianos brings a taste of Northern Italian-inspired cuisine to Salcedo Village under the helm of Chef Kevin Ereneta. The restaurant features a casual yet refined interior that suits both everyday dining and special occasions.

    The space also accommodates private events for 30 to 80 guests, making it ideal for group gatherings.

    Silver Garden Seafood Restaurant

    Located at Somerset Dowell Tower Residences, Silver Garden Seafood Restaurant offers a combination of Hong Kong culinary traditions and modern Chinese cuisine, specializing in dim sum and premium seafood dishes.

    Signature items include Triple Cook Beef Short Ribs with Black Truffle Sauce (Php 3,800), Peking Duck 2 Ways (Php 1,800 / Php 3,400), Crab with XO Sauce Radish Cake (from Php 3,500), Lobster Mapo Tofu (Php 6,000/kg), and Shrimp Dumpling & Spinach in Golden Soup (Php 280/3 pcs). Guests can also enjoy their seafood-focused unlimited premium yum cha.

    The Frazzled Cook

    Originally from Quezon City, The Frazzled Cook has opened a new branch in Salcedo Village, bringing its home-style Italian dishes to Makati. Run by four women, the restaurant offers a family-friendly dining experience, ideal for casual meals.

    Popular dishes include the Squid Salad (P475), Chorizo Pizza (P465), and Truffle Pasta (P455).

    The restaurant also offers private dining for up to 25 guests (P20,000 consumable) and full buyouts for up to 85 guests (P70,000 consumable).

    Apo Filipino Heritage Restaurant

    Opened in 2025 by Kian Kazemi—the restaurateur behind Kite Kebab and Persia Grill—Apo Filipino Heritage Restaurant serves traditional Filipino comfort food inspired by home-cooked flavors.

    Freak Coffee & Snack Bar

    Located on the ground floor of Goldman Plaza, Freak Coffee & Snack Bar is a casual café with a modern diner-style red interior that stands out in the area.

    A must-try is the four-layered Brown Cheese Latte (P250), known for its blend of sweet, bitter, and salty flavors. The Yogurt Series (P240) is also a crowd favorite.
