Harry’s Bistro
Opened in February 2026, Harry’s Bistro is a new concept by the same owner behind Elbert’s Steak Room in Salcedo Village. Located on the ground floor of Grand Midori, it offers a bistro-style take on classic European dishes, serving approachable favorites such as pasta, hamburgers, and steaks.

Signature dishes include the Steak Frites, featuring US Double Gold Tenderloin with café de Paris butter, and Chicken Kiev a breaded chicken fillet filled with herb butter and paired with mashed potatoes. With small plates, classic cocktails, and private rooms, it suits everything from casual drinks to intimate gatherings.

Izakaya Terra
Izakaya Terra, a popular Fukuoka-born izakaya with branches in Thailand, opens its first Philippine location in Legazpi Village.

The restaurant centers on dishes beloved in Kyushu, using seasonings sourced directly from the region to preserve authentic flavors. Its signature item is Terra Gomaburi or yellowtail sashimi dressed with sesame sauce. The drink selection includes sake, shochu, wine, and craft beer. The space features 18 counter seats, 36 table seats, and private rooms.

Matcha Bar
Originally from Davao, Matcha Bar brings its specialty matcha café to Salcedo Street in Legazpi Village. Using premium Japanese matcha, it crafts drinks that let the ingredient shine.
