    According to the Philippine Labor Code, employees are entitled to six benefits: Social Security Systems (SSS) contribution, Health insurance contribution to PhilHealth, Home Development Mutual Fund or the Pag-ibig Fund, 13th month pay, Service incentive leave, and Meal and rest periods.
