“Monsoon rains, or light to heavy rains, will be experienced over the Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Apayao, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro,” said PAGASA’s Benison Estareja.

He added that flooding or landslides are likely to happen over those areas. The same is expected to happen over the National Capital Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, the rest of the Cordillera region, the rest of Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, northern Palawan including Cuyo and Calamian Islands, Antique, and Aklan.

Other parts of Luzon will have fair weather and localized thunderstorms. “Other areas in the Visayas, and Mindanao will have fair weather. It will be warm and humid in the afternoon. Localized thunderstorms are also possible in these areas,” he added.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will be over Luzon and Visayas, while winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas over Mindanao.
