Now that Metro Manila has transitioned from enhanced community quarantine to general community quarantine (GCQ), many establishments that temporarily closed or limited their services, including restaurants, cafes, and fast-food chains are now gradually returning to normal operations in compliance with the mandated guidelines and measures set by governing bodies.
