  • World’s 1st Michelin-Star Awarded Ramen House, Tsuta will open in Manila
  • Up for a bowl of Ramen? Good news is that you don’t have to wait that long to try the World’s 1st Michelin-Star awarded ramen house through Tsuta Ramen! Tsuta Ramen is chef Yuki Onishi’s brainchild restaurant. This restaurant started in Japan as a small ramen restaurant that can cater only to about 9 people.

As as small restaurant, people wait in line for hours just to have a taste of the restaurant’s famous cuisine — the Japanese Soba. Tsuta Ramen’s Japanese soba uses a 2-year old soy based broth with whole wheat flour noodles, chashu served with black truffle oil, soy-based chicken, and seafood stock infused with salt, red wine, and rosemary.
