According to Manuel B.  Villar, Vista Land Chairman, construction of the buildings will start in January consisting of seven Vista Malls and three Vista Places.

Meanwhile, PhilippineDaily Inquirer reported that Vista Land targets to expand its shopping mall footprint nationwide to 1.3 million square meters (sq m) in gross floor area (GFA) by 2018. Currently, there are 17 shopping malls with a combined GFA of 910,000 sq m.

The several Vista Places will be built in Malolos, Bulacan; Kawit, Cavite; and Cagayan de Oro City, while the Vista Malls will be in Iloilo City, Davao City, Cavite, Bacoor, Las Piñas, Molino, and Daanghari.

Villar noted that before Christmas in 2017, some of the malls will be completed, while others will be finished by 2018.
