With the resumption of voter registration amidst the ongoing pandemic, COMELEC advises applicants to download the applications form from www.comelec.gov.ph.

All applicants will also undergo certain safety precautions prior to the registration such as filling out the Coronavirus Self-Declaration Form that discloses information such as travel, contact to people with known infection and symptoms that are currently being experienced.
