So for those who want to continue or even start their fitness sessions at home, we listed down a number of establishments offering online classes in terms of physical training, yoga, and dancing!

Onelife Private Studio

Through the service called Onelife At Home, Onelife Private Studio offers virtual coaching in the aspect of physical therapy and personal training. While a one-hour physical therapy session costs P1,500, one-hour physical training costs P1,350. 

For beginners, it is recommended that you avail their two-hour starter pack for P2,500.

Leaving what once their home in Legaspi Village, Bliss Yoga now somehow rebrands as Bliss Yoga Online. They conduct live classes every week, as well as offer special classes and stream class recordings. 

For first-time online students, you may avail of their First-Timer 5-Class Package priced at P1,000. The utilization of this package notably does not have an expiration date.

Rebel Yoga

For P250 per class, interested clients can already partake in Rebel Yoga’s different classes. These are conducted every day from 6:30 pm on weekdays and from 10 am on weekends. Rebel Yoga at home features high-intensity training every Monday, power flow on Tuesdays, rocket yoga on Wednesdays, yin + yoga nidra on Thursdays, core flow on Fridays, inside flow on Saturdays, and meditation on Sundays.

Urban Ashram Yoga

Urban Ashram Yoga offers a number of classes ranging from yoga for adults and kids alike to dance sessions namely Latino 101 and DanzFit or dance workout. Avail of their All-Access Pass, which lets clients enjoy their sessions on yoga, kids yoga, barre, and pilates.

Dance Studios

Fame Artists’ Studio

The studio’s Fame on Frame program, at large, caters to all ages. It is made up of daily dance classes that include hip-hop and ballet for kids, and ballet conditioning, belly dance, chairstrip, femme, floorplay, and pole dance for adults among others.

For first-time students, their ballet conditioning class breaks down the foundation of ballet thus making it a good prep class if you want to dive into said dance. It incorporates almost the same elements in pilates, which help in improving body awareness and posture.

Meanwhile, their femme class is for those who want to dance around but cannot bear hardcore movements. The class’s sultry course will for sure impose confidence to students all the while keeping them active and in shape.

Each one-hour class costs P300; while an all-class pass valid for one week costs P1,500. Should you want to have private classes, you may inform the studio at least 3 to 5 days ahead in order for them to confirm a schedule for you.

Nude Floor

Nude Floor hosts what they call Nude Floor Sessions through which interested learners may participate in almost 50 different classes. These circle mostly on dance classes such as jazz, popping, and dancehall femme, with other choices focusing on art, design, and photography.

While single-class pass can be availed for P400, available packages include the one-time package of three classes for P950, an unlimited weekly class for P4,000, and an unlimited monthly pass encompassing more than 50 sessions for P6,000.

Movement Dance Studio

Stylized as MDS Quarantivities, Movement Dance Studio hosts dance classes via Zoom every night from Monday to Friday. Each session costs P250, with available classes centered on contemporary, striptease, femme, flexibility, and hip-hop. 

In addition, they also conduct yoga classes every morning in partnership with Mindful Movement with Kat for P200 per session. Private classes for this are available as well. 

ACTS Dance & Arts Academy

Powered by Zoom, ACTS’ virtual studio offers a platform to both kids and adults in terms of dancing. Online classes encompass dance styles like femme, hiphop, urban, house, jazz-funk, and K-pop among others. Clients may choose to avail of the Walk-In Online Class (P200), One Month Unlimited Pass (P2,000), Intensive Class (P1,500 for kids/P2,000 for teens & adults), or the One-on-One Live (P3,000).

The Addlib Dance Studio

The Addlib Dance Studio hosts online dance classes every weekend. Available genres are Boylicious, which is what they deem as a dance style home-grown at TADS, jazz for beginners, and jazz funk. The virtual program is called TADS at Home, where one Zoom session that lasts for 1 hour and 20 mins. can be booked for P250. Meanwhile, a package of four classes is available for P800.

Elevate Dance and Fitness

A mix of zumba, yoga, piloxing (or the combination of pilates and boxing), as well as high-intensity training is what Elevate offers through their online classes. Interested participants may check their Facebook from time to time to check the available schedule for the week, and then later register by sending them a text message.  

Silver Pod Studio

Silver Pod Studio launched its online classes last June, with styles covering urban, contemporary, and femme. One class can be booked for P180 and a package of four classes for just P600.
