Mercato Central Opens Cloud Kitchen for Online Delivery
Due to the recent circumstances brought by the pandemic, many small and medium food businesses are looking for a way to survive through the crisis.
And to help them in this trying times, Bonifacio Global City’s iconic night food market, Mercato Centrale, opened its very own cloud kitchen portal where customers can order ready-to-eat meals from a roaster of home-based vendors perfect for home delivery.
Mercato Centrale teamed up with their partner home-based food entrepreneurs to bring Mercato Favorites Cloud Kitchen, an online delivery portal featuring ready-to-eat meals, ready-to-heat food, and grocery finds from various night market vendors and food entrepreneurs that can be ordered online for delivery.
While Mercato Centrale at BGC is still open for take-out and delivery, the online food market has every kind of meal one is craving for—from full meals to snacks and even desserts.
Some of the home-based vendors you’ll find are Brotzeit, Azaan Halal, Julyan Coffee Spot, The Belle & Dragon, Thai Mango, Mama V, Chicago Pizza and Pasta, BrownieLuv.ph., and Tipsy Cream among others.
For those who are too busy to cook at home, you need not worry because the cloud kitchen also offers frozen meals from Heat 2 Eat, Bites to Go, Misuta Gyoza, Pin Frozen Bestsellers, Earle’s Delicatessen, and Chicken Pie.
The food market is also categorized per cuisine for those who are looking for either Filipino, Indian, European, Western, or Asian dishes.
Meanwhile, customers can also shop for grocery items from meats, deli, vegetables, and rice from brands such as The Rice Bar, Earle’s Delicatessen, Kurobata Pork, and Celia and Amy.
Open from Mondays to Saturdays, customers can choose their preferred delivery date and time slot either for lunch or dinner.
Order cut-off is at 5 p.m. for same-day delivery, while orders placed after the cut-off will be processed for the next day delivery. They accept cash on delivery, bank deposit, GCash, and credit or debit cards.
