Rustan’s The Beauty Source has a wide array of personal care items to keep your beautiful self in check including CHANEL, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Neal’s Yard Remedies, La Prairie, Clarins, Perricone, Murad, Sisley, L’Occitane, Phyto, Diptyque, and Acca Kappa, among others.
How to order and payment
Available at Rustan’s Makati and Rustan’s Shangri-La, visit bit.ly/RTBSShopOnCall to browse through available items and select beauty essentials with a “Personal Shopper On Call” tag. Fill-up the order form with all the necessary information to place your order, and wait for a Personal Shopper to contact you.
Once your order has been confirmed, you may deposit your payment to any of Rustan’s Bank Accounts and then proceed to send proof of payment with your name and order number to personalshopper@rustans.com or send it directly through Viber to the store nearest you.
Delivery and pick up
Once payment has been confirmed, you may drive by or have an authorized representative pass by at the designated curbside pick-up location of your selected Rustan’s Store between 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. only. Your pick-up time slot will be confirmed to you via SMS or Viber. You may also book a third-party courier to pick-up your order, simply send your courier booking details via Viber.
Shipping within Metro Manila is free for orders Php 2,000 and above. Flat rate delivery fee of Php 200 applies to orders below Php 2,000. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days from your payment confirmation date. Delivery in provincial areas may also be arranged for a fee.
