Cebu Pacific Extends Free Rebooking and Refunding Services Due to COVID-19
In efforts to contain the further spread of the new coronavirus or COVID-19, issuance of travel restrictions by selected countries were implemented to prevent the further transmission of the virus through imported cases.
Locally, the National Government ordered that all land, air, and sea travels to be temporarily suspended from March 15-April 14. Moreover, the officials of local governments have also implemented lockdown in their cities in fear of local transmissions from travel entries.
In response to this, both international and local airlines have decided to temporarily pause their services and cancel operational flights until travel restrictions have been lifted. Cebu Pacific, among other local airlines — has offered its clients free rebooking and refunding services due to the network changes caused by COVID-19.
