  • In light of the Philippine Government’s current Executive Orders pertaining to the containment of the COVID-19 outbreak and the operational challenges that it brings, Japan Airlines (JAL) will temporarily suspend some of its flights from Manila to Japan and vice-versa.

Please be advised of the following flight suspension:

Affected customers will be contacted by JAL to offer alternative flight options. However, if the customer did not receive alternative flights options and agree to cancel their trip, you may either do the following instructions:

    • For customers who purchased tickets through JAL’s website or ticketing office, you may get a refund without cancellation fee through JAL’s website by selecting “Cancel/Refund” at the Booking Details Page.
    • On the other hand, those who purchased tickets at places other than JAL, please contact your respective travel agency.
