TransPhil Real Estate announces their townhome products for 2020 with inspired projects to create exceptional living spaces at the center of the metro and all around. With a new CEO and vice president, the company reinvents itself to offer high-end and luxury properties.

“Our chief engineers have been in the construction business for 5o years and many of our executives are experienced,” Ramon tells Primer. “We are adding fresh new ideas to combine and incorporate [them] because we don’t want to be stuck in our ways.”

TransPhil Real Estate has 8 properties lined up for this year alone with three already in development—Rosevale Estates in Paco Manila, Buenconsejo and The Bedford in Mandaluyong. All properties are strategically located amidst the busiest cities with nearby access roads, commercial establishments, hospitals, schools, and churches.

Garcia says that by being a middle-ground property in-between a condo and a house, their products can easily fit inside the metro as opposed to big developers who are selling properties outside the CBD.

“… we feel that this is an emerging and much-needed space,” says Ramon.

Each unit has a floor area ranging from 155 to 381 sqm, depending on the type of development as TransPhil offers both high-end and luxury properties.
