The 2nd Ascott Golf Cup: A Day of Sports and Appreciation
Organized by The Ascott Limited, the 2nd Ascott Golf Cup was held last October 29, 2019, at the Wack Wack Golf and Country Club.
Said event is dedicated to the industry partners and the corporate clients of The Ascott Limited Philippines, as well as the diplomatic community.

The cup launched with a tee-off that was spearheaded by some of The Ascott Limited’s industry partners including Mr. Daniel Wee, the country general manager of The Ascott Limited Philippines.

The Ascott Limited Philippines’ Director of Sales and Marketing Mr. Casey Faylona said: “The aim of this cluster event is to celebrate camaraderie, sportsmanship, and appreciation to our valued clients. With 115 players who participated from different industries, I can say that without their presence, the event will not be perfectly accomplished.”
As a part of the appreciation, the newly opened Citadines Cebu City in the Visayas-Mindanao area was introduced by Mr. Wee. The property soft-opened on September 14 and has been receiving positive guest feedback since then. Mr. Wee also presented the recently launched Ascott Star Rewards (ASR). The ASR is a rewards system that offers unique benefits that can be used in global Ascott properties.

After a day of golfing, participants were treated to an exciting raffle, with prizes ranging from photo printers to accommodations courtesy of the 2nd Ascott Golf Cup’s event partners.

Participants were separated into different divisions, such as the Somerset Division, Ascott Division, and Lyf Division, to name a few. What made it all the more interesting is that the divisions for the event are named after the brands under The Ascott Limited.
The event capped off with the awarding of the 2nd Ascott Golf Cup’s winners.
The cup ended on a high note as the victors were awarded for their triumphs!
