TOTO Toilet Technology Partners With The Seasons Residences
The Seasons Residences, a Japanese-inspired four-tower upscale condominium that is being developed in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), recently partnered with TOTO to install special washlets in specific units for its first tower, Haru.

Toilet technology with a touch of a button
The world’s largest toilet manufacturer, TOTO, is known for developing the cutting-edge washlet, blending seamless style with ergonomic efficiency, and a variety of customizable cleaning, heating, and deodorizing functions at the touch of a button.
These are seats equipped with powerful automated deodorizers that eliminate odor, as well as a soft-closing seat with varied temperature settings. All these functions can be conveniently controlled via a wireless remote with an illuminated touchpad.

A campaign for clean and conscientious living
The washlet is not just about comfort. It also has a PreMist function that sprays the bowl with water before each use, preventing waste build-up and keeping the toilet bowl clean. The water spray wand is self-sanitizing, automatically cleaning itself before and after every use.

Secondary bathrooms and smaller units in The Seasons Residences will be equipped with an Ecowasher, a toilet seat with a bidet that does not need electricity to function.
It has a fully retractable nozzle for complete hygiene and a knob that allows for easy adjustment of water pressure. The Ecowasher also comes with a soft-closing seat and lid.

The Seasons Residences is a joint project between Federal Land, Inc. and leading Japanese real estate group, Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., along with Japanese retail conglomerate, Isetan Mitsukoshi Holding Ltd.
The development’s first tower named Haru, meaning Spring, is targeted for completion in 2023. The Seasons Residences will be situated on top of The Mitsukoshi Mall, a four-story lifestyle retail establishment by Isetan-Mitsukoshi.
