Raffles Makati partnered with Provencal beauty and wellness brand L’Occitane for its themed afternoon tea series at the Writer’s Bar.

Enjoy a refreshing Afternoon Tea with L’Occitane from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily starting July 16 to September 30, 2019, at Php 1,500 for two.

Tea and confectionary connoisseurs can enjoy a pairing of sweet and savory teas inspired by the natural and breathtaking beauty of Provence, France. Choose from their selection of black, green, red, and white tea and pair it with their 11 delicate sweet pastries and palatable delights.

Bite into the delectable Pissaladiere with Kalamata Olives, fresh anchovies on Focaccia bread, mini brioche sandwich and chicken with pine nuts, roasted tomato and basil, and a dainty Nicoise salad in a crunchy cup.

Or choose from their assortment of divine pastries, including peach mirliton, Calisson of orange and lemon confit, pistachio religieuse, lavender macaron, white chocolate mousse tartlet with black currant cremeux, and honey, lemon, and almond madeleines.

And of course, what’s afternoon tea without scones? Enjoy freshly baked scones with dried apricots and almonds accompanied by traditional clotted cream, strawberry preserves, and lemon curd.

 

The Afternoon Tea with L’Occitane is available at the Writer’s Bar in Raffles Makati from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily from July 16 to September 30, 2019, at Php 1,500 for two. Prices are subject to service charge and applicable government charges.
