Qatar Airways Opens Doha-Davao Route
Qatar’s capital city, Doha has become even more accessible as Qatar Airways expands its services with a new Doha-Davao flight route. The route is expected to allow passengers to fly easily to around 160 other destinations worldwide.

The initial flight is set on June 18, 2019 and will be flying once a week. Travelers can start purchasing tickets for a special launch price of USD 750 (estimated Php 38,921.24) now.
With the launch of the new flight route, Qatar Airways becomes the 11th airline to fly to Davao and the fourth international carrier alongside XiamenAir, Cathay Dragon, and SilkAir.
Qatar Airways will also be launching three new routes in the coming months:
- Lisbon (Portugal): beginning June 24 and will operate daily
- Mogadishu (Somalia): beginning July 1 and will operate thrice a week
- Langkawi (Malaysia): beginning October 15 and will operate thrice a week
