Scott’s Redefines All-Day Casual Dining in BGC
The award-winning Ascott Bonifacio Global City (BGC) continues to elevate their luxurious services as they introduce Scott’s—an all-day casual dining restaurant in BGC.
The name Scott’s was inspired by Asia Pacific’s first international serviced residence opened by renowned Singapore-based corporation Scotts Holdings in Scotts Road.

Scott’s takes after Ascott’s mandate to serve as guests’ home while being away from home by offering renditions to dishes that are familiar and close to their hearts, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable.
Exceptionally crafted by Executive Chef Johnny Rodriguez and his team, Scott’s menu includes classic and favorite comfort dishes from different cuisines around the world including Singapore, Mexico, and the Philippines. It aims to feature globally influenced dishes using only the freshest ingredients sourced locally.

“Our new menu reflects my love and respect for food. We want to welcome guests as if they are at their home with the food they deserve,” Chef Johnny said in a statement.
During Scott’s official launch last June 4, guests were treated to some of the best offerings of the restaurant like their crispy Lechon Kawali, their tasty soft tacos, and their savory Prawn Laksa.
