Ayala Museum On-The-Go Begins Next Month
The Ayala Museum will temporarily close its doors for renovation beginning June 1st this year, but that doesn’t mean putting a halt to their exhibitions and flagship workshops and concerts.
In fact, they’re bringing it closer to the public as the museum will launch Ayala Museum On-The-Go (OTG) next month!
Some of the museum’s well-loved exhibits such as Kisame: Visions of Heaven on Earth, Botong Francisco: A Nation Imagined, the Future of History: Diorama Virtual Reality, and the Filipinas Heritage Library’s Women and War and Color in History will be showcased in different malls and schools.
The public can also catch their lectures, workshops, and concerts series in different surprise locations! Just make sure you are following their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts so you won’t miss out on their schedules.
For those who do not have the luxury of time to go out can still access Ayala Museum’s permanent collections digitally. Have a virtual tour of the Gold of Ancestors and Dioramas of Philippine History exhibits complete with audio guides and photos through their mobile application.
Ayala Museum is expected to re-open to the public in 2020, but you can still catch their exhibits and activities until May 31, 2019. The museum is located at Makati Ave. cor. De La Rosa St., Greenbelt Park, Makati City.
