  • A few lanes of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Expressway (NAIAX) will be closed for maintenance work, as disclosed through the Twitter account of Skyway O&M Corp. (SOMCO).

    From Monday, April 29 until Friday, May 3, select lanes of the NAIAX will be closed every night from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Expect traffic at these times along the NAIAX lanes going to the following places:

    • Buendia;
    • Amorsolo;
    • Don Bosco;
    • EDSA;
    • Bicutan;
    • Sucat;
    • Alabang; and
    • South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).

    Motorists are advised to take Sales Road in Pasay/Image grabbed from mapio.net

    Regular operations will resume after. For updates regarding the closures, follow @SkywaySOMCO on Twitter, where the company pots real-time updates on traffic and closures along the skyway.

    Motorists are advised to plan other routes or leave at an earlier time to avoid getting caught in traffic. An option provided by SOMCO is Sales Road, Pasay along Nichols-Villamor Air Base.
