Experience the vibrant and thrilling flavors of South Korea as Spiral in Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila brings back the Korean Food Festival this March 18 – 24, 2019! Highlights at the Korean Atelier are elevated to a feast that showcases South Korea’s flavors and spices in a special gastronomic presentation.
Kimchi, Kimbap (Korean Sushi Rolls), Tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cakes), Bibimbap (mixed rice with meat and vegetables), Bossam (boiled pork wrap), Mandu (Korean dumplings), Galbijjim (braised short ribs), Korean fried chicken, Jokbal (pork knuckle), Shrimp or Beef Bulgogi and Samgyeopsal are the culinary delights that you can feast on at the festival.

The Korean Atelier is now one of the most popular destinations among Spiral’s wide selection of dining ateliers. The locals’ appreciation of Korea’s culture, lifestyle and access to travel paved a way for Korean cuisine to become a hit in the country.
Korean Style Tuna Tartare
Korean food is known for their various side dishes that can reach up to 20 different sides in one meal. Korean cuisine is also known for kimchi, their national dish, made from fermented vegetables.
Shrimp Bulgogi
Rates are at Php 2,750 nett for lunch. Dinner rates are at Php 3,200 nett for Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and Php 3,500 nett on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
For Sunday Brunch, rates are at Php 4,215 nett with free-flowing champagne and Php 3,500 without champagne.

Sofitel’s Le Bar transports foodies to the season of cherry blossoms with their month-long offering of Korean delights featuring Beef Bulgogi Spring Rolls, Seafood and Tofu Stew, and Japchae. This gastronomical offering is available from March 4 – 29, 2019.
