Dig into a curated fix of Japanese eats, either a la carte or buffet, all crafted by Executive Chef Keita Kamimoto. Not only that, but diners can also request any off-menu dishes from the chef as long as the ingredients can cover it!
Start off the Kitsho experience with shrimp or squid tempura then follow it up with Tuna Teppan. Balance your meal with some sautéed vegetables and piping hot bowls of savory miso soup. Also try the Karage, a Japanese fried chicken sided prepared perfectly courtesy of Chef Keita and his team. You can pair every meal with sauteed veggies and a bowl of hot savory miso soup!

For a meatier choice, choose Kitsho’s Buta Shokayagi, a pile of tender pork strips sauteed in ginger and garnished with sesame seeds and other herbs.
