Several BGC Streets to Follow New One Way Scheme
Updated as of September 17, 2018
A number of streets on Bonifacio Global City Taguig will follow a new one-way scheme soon, as announced on their Facebook page on a now-deleted post. The change will push through on Monday, September 17, 2018.
The new traffic scheme
One-way North to South:
– Rizal Drive (existing one-way street) which runs from St. Luke’s Medical Center to the Mind Museum as well as 28th street from the museum to The Fort.
– 7th avenue that runs along Track 30th, One Parkade to the BGC Arts Center as well as Federation Drive up to 9th avenue back to Ecotower and Avida Towers BGC
One-way East to West:
– 30th street that runs along Shangri La at the Fort
BGC Marshall informing the driver who came from the 28th street that the road is now a One Way Street
BGC Buses will now also follow a new route and schedule. Some of the changes include the following:
- NutriAsia stop to be moved across the street,
- Market Market-bound passengers must now proceed to One Parkade,
- HSBC stop will no longer serve Central Route and Night Route, thus passengers must take the Globe Tower Bus stop, and
- Only weekend route and East Express will operate on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please be guided accordingly. Adequate road signs will be put in place, with additional BGC marshals deployed to ensure the smooth transition. The Waze app is now updated and Taguig is in the process of updating the Google Maps. The city will be closely monitoring the effect of the changes in the first few weeks of implementation and will be open to changes or improvements where it is needed.

For now, BGC traffic marshals will be guiding and informing until October 17. From then on, penalties will be imposed.
According to the BGC marshals, they will be guiding and advising the motorists on the new routes for a month. After that, they will start implementing penalties for SEC.11-2 of Violation of ONE WAY Street (Php 2,000.00). For a list of BGC Traffic Penalties and Violations, refer to the Taguig Traffic Code (Ordinance No. 103 Series of 2003).
Road tarpaulins and signages have been placed to guide motorists of the new changes
Apart from the new one-way scheme, BGC will continue implementing its wheel clamping and vehicle towing operations to prevent obstructions away from major streets. Should motorists need to find a parking space, they can easily locate one through the BGC app available for both Android and iOS devices.
