The gustatory mid-day meal offers an abundant selection of savouries such as: a live-carving station featuring tender Wagyu beef and deliciously roasted porchetta and lamb; bountiful selection of fresh seafood such as lobster, tiger prawns, crabs and an assortment of clams and mussels; along with smoked salmon and Bayonne ham tartine to name a few.
Have a fill of piping-hot risotto made-on-the-spot, created with porcini, truffles, and aged parmesan. A grazing table decked with a collection of cheese hailing from regions around Europe, charcuterie, homemade terrine, and antipasti are also available to dig into.
