 Dr. Enriquez is a pulmonologist by profession. As a pulmonologist, he caters to respiratory diseases, mostly on coughs and colds, pneumonia, asthma, patients with chronic, obstructive pulmonary diseases, and patients with tuberculosis. He graduated with a degree in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas, took his MD at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, had his residency training at Manila Medical Center, and his specialty fellowship at Manila Doctor’s Hospital. He has been in the medical field for about 20 years.

His advice for those who would want to venture the medical field in the future is that “They should be happy with their plan of work, especially in the medical field where they should be comfortable in treating patients whether it is a difficult or an easy case. And the happiness of it all comes with the successful management of the case.” As a pulmonologist, Dr. Enriquez also deals with mechanical ventilatory support on ICU patients, and BiPAP or CPAP machines for COPD patients.
