It is with sincere regret and reluctance to notify you that Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano will be closing permanently its doors on the evening of February 16, 2019, after 24 wonderful years of being one of the leading Italian restaurants in Manila.
Nevertheless and on a positive note, we are happy to inform everyone that we will continue to serve the most popular Italian dishes in our two restaurants in the same building – Chesa Bianca & I’m Angus Steakhouse. In the case of functions, we will be more than happy to attend requirements on the Carpaccio premises.

After welcoming a prosperous New Year, Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano is having their “Free pizza promo,” running from January 16 to February 28, 2018.
Guests who dine at this said restaurant are entitled of a frequency card where they will receive one (1) stamp for every minimum purchase of Php 2,000.
For guests who acquired more than Php 2,000 in a single receipt purchase, they will automatically receive more than one stamp on their frequency cards as stated below:
- Php 2,000 – 1 stamp
- Php 4,000 – 2 stamps
- Php 6,000 – 3 stamps
- Php 8,000 – 4 stamps
Guests who are able to complete four (4) stamps in their frequency cards will be entitled to a free pizza of their choice on their next visit at the said restaurant.
