The 1.861 kilometers Alaminos-Bani Bypass Road Project costs Php 28.120 Million, other than the concrete road, it has a pedestrian sidewalk, the usual pavement markings, and solar lights to lessen the problem of traffic in the area. Pangasinan is loved by many tourists for its beauty in Dasol and Bolinao.

The Hundred Island National Park is also located in Alaminos and is a popular tourist destination in the province. According to  Secretary Mark A. Villar, DPWH Region 1 Director Ronnel M. Tan that the roads will be elevated to refrain flooding.

With this project, Balintawak to Pangasinan only takes 45 minutes by private car. Baguio City is a mere 45 minutes away from the Pozzorubio-Pangasinan toll exit. Just a few days ago, the project had its soft opening letting passer-bys experience the roads.
