CCI France Philippines celebrates the 27th Soiree Beaujolais
In celebration of its 27th year, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines (CCI France Philippines) held its Soiree Beaujolais at the Harbor Garden Tent of the Sofitel Philippine Plaza last November 24, 2017.
The Soiree Beaujolais is an event that gathered a great number of guests from the Franco-Filipino community. It is also an event that celebrates the 70 years of Philippine-French relation along with the 70th year of the Cannes film festival.
During the event, CCI France Philippines led the uncorking and toast ceremonies in welcoming the Beaujolais Nouveau, a young wine from France. Aside from that, this soiree served as a testament on how the French can party as it delighted its guests with surprise entertainment numbers, free flowing wine and cheese imported France, and French cuisine prepared by the host hotel itself.
While the uncorking of the Beaujolais Nouveau is deemed the main highlight of the soiree, guests were also served wine from Fleurie, Brouilly and Macon Villages in France. The soiree ended with an after party and awarding of raffle prizes for guests to enjoy.
