The Ark by UnionBank: PH’s first fully digital bank branch

On November 27, UnionBank has launched their newest bank branch in Makati called The ARK, tagged as the “first fully digital bank branch in the Philippines.”

The ARK provides an interactive experience for all its clients, as they have created a space where digital technology is made use of. Simply put, The ARK is a new digital platform experience in banking; a concept branch that provides unparalleled service for all clients.

The ARK showcases spaces that anyone can use to comfortably do their transactions, without the hassle of queuing and hardly any forms that need to be filled in. Digital natives will love their touchscreen discovery zones where they can simply help themselves to look for their banking needs. For those who aren’t into digital yet, they have bank ambassadors who will be there to assist you in your banking needs.

The ARK also houses conference rooms for transactions; it is also a third space where people can do their bank transactions, get their work done, use their high-speed WiFi, as you enjoy their coffee on the house.
