  • A New Place for Start-Ups in BGC: Clock-In Bonifacio High Street
  • If you’re a start-up, a freelancer, or a small business, you’ve probably run into problems looking for a place to settle. Start-ups, in particular, usually can’t find a place to call their own without having to spend an arm, a leg, and the kitchen sink until now.

CLOCK-IN BONIFACIO HIGH STREET (BHS). Launched last October 26, it gives start-ups and small businesses a chance to have BGC’s premium address without paying exorbitant fees and renting out too much space.

IMAGINE YOUR OFFICE BEING HERE. Or not. Just visit Clock-in BHS and you’ll have access to High Street Central every working day.

Most people might be familiar with the name Clock-in. After all, it hasn’t been a year since Clock-in Makati Stock Exchange was opened. Now that the Ayala Land Offices brand has merged with Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation’s (FBDC) Square One BGC brand, start-ups and small businesses alike will have a chance to get that elusive BGC address without the exorbitant fees.

MEETING ROOM. They have ones like this 10-person meeting room available for your big meetings, and smaller ones for your little company sessions.

Clients who rent offices at Clock-in BHS enjoy extra perks like free use of meeting rooms and a hot desk every month. They also get a Clock-in Passport, a members-only perk that entitles them to 10 free hot desk passes per month to the Bonifacio Technology Center and Makati Stock Exchange branch. All these are on top of the amenities that come with co-working – reliable and fast Internet connection, free-flowing human fuel (aka coffee), printing, etc.

SEVEN-PERSON OFFICE SUITE. One of their largest office suites, these can still be customized to how YOU want it to look like. They also have smaller five-person office suites.

Additionally, co-workers will enjoy exclusive sessions of LifeHacks by Clock-in, a TED Talks-like learning session that will hopefully happen every month, wherein industry experts share powerful and inspiring ideas on business, tech, creativity, and related topics.

Eat or drink at the Clock-in BHS Pantry while working (or even after working)…

… or have your after-work dinner here at BHS Central.

“Square One merged with Clock-in to offer more perks, options, and networking opportunities for co-workers. We made our social halls much more spacious because those seemingly casual interactions often turn out to be a minefield of ideas from which passion projects take flight,” said Myra Ocampo, Deputy Head of Commercial Operations, FBDC.

With 900 square meters already open (and the potential for an extra 500), there’s more than enough space for every potential game-changer and visionary that wants the inspiration of BGC’s artsy and vibrant High Street.

YES, YOU’RE STILL CLOSE TO STARBUCKS. But at least you don’t have to squeeze in there for work.

It also gives freelancers a chance to finally be clear of Starbucks and other coffee shops in favor of a more office-like atmosphere — as well as having your “office” close to some of the best restaurants in BGC.

Planning on holding an event? lock-in’s wide and flexible spaces make it a choice venue for events and corporate get-togethers such as product launches, sales rallies, and even fashion shoots.

Clock-in offers what traditional offices in BGC do not: a flexible space that’s ridiculously close to some of BGC’s best restaurants, shops, and open spaces. With flexible rates and terms, clients can customize their stay depending on their needs and budgets.

“Most of our clients are seasoned industry players like e-commerce companies diversifying their portfolios. Whether they need just a workstation for world domination or a legit headquarters in BGC that will put their business on the map, clients will find Clock-in an ideal starting point,” Ocampo concluded.

Clock-in BHS is located at the third floor of C2 Building, Bonifacio High Street Central. It is open from Mondays to Sundays, 8 am to 7 pm. For inquiries, visit www.clock-in.com.ph/bgc or contact the community manager Francesca Padilla at 0917-836-1387.
