Biggs Diner was established in 1983 originally in Bicol, particularly in Naga Camarines Sur first as a donut house owned by three friends. This restaurant was first named as “Mang Donald’s” then changed to “Carl’s Diner” and eventually ended up being named as “Biggs Diner” because of their servings that are relatively big which is recommended for sharing.

Today, Biggs Diner has more than 10 restaurant branches across the Bicol region and franchises in Batangas. 2017 marks the year of expansion of the said restaurant to cater to a bigger number of patrons within the bustling city of Manila.

There may not be a particular place that will serve as Biggs Diner’s new home in Manila, its business development head, Mr. Ronaldo Linao is now eyeing possible places that will include Mindanao Ave. in Quezon City, SM Megamall in Shaw Boulevard, Robinsons Manila or in Robinsons Galleria in EDSA.
