1st Colonial Grill to open first branch in Manila
1st Colonial Grill, a famous restaurant offering authentic Bicolano fusion dishes, and home of Sili Ice Cream is opening its first branch outside the Bicol Region at NAIA Terminal 3 by the end of the year.

The restaurant, owned by Mr. Elmer Boy Aspe, has been serving sumptuous Bicolano dishes since 2004. Currently they have 6 branches, located at Daraga, Pacific Mall Gaisano Legazpi, Ayala Mall Legazpi, SM Naga, Centro Naga, and in Sorsogon.
