New mall and condo complex to rise in BGC
If you’ve ever wanted to live in BGC yet you are still having a hard time finding a place to stay, don’t fret. A new condominium complex and retail mall is set to rise in BGC, courtesy of Federal Land, Inc.

Federal Land, Inc., the real estate arm of GT Capital Holdings, has just signed a contract with Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Group and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings last May 1 to develop a retail mall and condominium complex in Taguig.

Called Sunshine Fort, Federal Land plans to build four high-rise condominiums with retail facilities at the lower floors of each building. These retail malls will be under Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings, and will be the first Japanese department store to operate in the country.
Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings is known for introducing “Real Japan” to the rest of the world through ISETAN, a retail mall that carries Japanese which has opened stores in places like France, China, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Nomura Real Estate Group, on the other hand, is known for their residential developments in the Tokyo metropolitan area, particularly the Proud and Ohana apartments.
