Disney’s The Lion King is coming to Manila this March 2018 as first stop of int’l tour
Disney’s well-loved animated musical film The Lion King” will come to Manila for its first top in its international tour this 2018.

In an announcement made by entertainment company Concertus Manila in their Facebook page, Disney’s award-winning musical The Lion King will premiere first in Manila this March 2018, with no venue confirmed yet. In a statement released by the Michael Cassel Group, the musical will launch in celebration of The Lion King’s 20th anniversary on stage and the title’s 25th global production.
According to Disney Theatrical Productions President and Producer Thomas Schumacher, “I cannot wait for new audiences to join us in the Philippines, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, and South Africa, the show’s creative birthplace.”
