Ana, Cagayan’s Palaui Environmental Protectors Association (PEPA) and Basco, Batanes’ Batanes Homestay Association were the successful finalists from the Philippines. The two organizations are already in Singapore to attend the awarding. Both the orgs will be given recognition but only one will be hailed as the grand winner, said Tourism Operations Officer Fanibeth Domingo.
