CAFÉ YSABEL. The restaurant will be closing in its original location at P. Guevarra in April 2017.

Café Ysabel, a refurbished ancestral home in 1927 turned restaurant, is one of the most awarded restaurants in Manila which has gained recognition from top food institutions and international guides for more than 20 years. Just last year, the restaurant said that it will be closing down in April 2017, but the good news is that they will just be transferring to a new location along Wilson Street in Greenhills, San Juan.

This news is confirmed by one of the restaurant’s staff who spoke with Manila Bulletin as reported in the news website. As stated in the article, renovations will commence by January and is targeted to re-open after three to four months.

For now you can still grab your Café Ysabel treats before it closes down in its original location at P. Guevarra Street. Read our Café Ysabel feature here.
