From January 22-31, 2017, guests may enjoy a specially-designed menu which is said to bring luck, love, and prosperity. Created by Executive Chinese Chef Wong Kam On, the menu will consist of highlights which include Steamed live garoupa, Salmon Yu Sheng, Suckling Pig, and Braised dried oyster with seas moss and black mushrooms.
