According to San Miguel Corporation President and COO Ramon S. Ang, “toll will be free for motorists coming from the Skyway and the Villamor area, going to Macapagal and NAIA Terminal 1 and 2.”

He added that vehicles coming from Macapagal and Terminals 1 and 2 going to NAIA Terminal 3, Villamor and Skyway, will also be able to pass, toll-free.

Meanwhile, Philippine Daily Inquirer reported that motorists will continue paying the regular toll of P35 when they use NAIAX Phase 2-A, the segment that connects Macapagal Road to Terminals 1 and 2.

The NAIA Expressway Project, according to ppp.gov.ph, is a 4-lane, 7.75 km elevated expressway and 2.22 km at-grade feeder road providing access to NAIA Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and linking the Skyway and the Manila-Cavite Toll Expressway.
