Vista Land to open 10 malls by 2018
In a report published by Business Mirror, Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., one of the country’s leading integrated property developers, plans to build 10 more malls worth a total of P18 billion starting next year until 2018.

According to Manuel B. Villar, Vista Land Chairman, construction of the buildings will start in January consisting of seven Vista Malls and three Vista Places.
Meanwhile, PhilippineDaily Inquirer reported that Vista Land targets to expand its shopping mall footprint nationwide to 1.3 million square meters (sq m) in gross floor area (GFA) by 2018. Currently, there are 17 shopping malls with a combined GFA of 910,000 sq m.
The several Vista Places will be built in Malolos, Bulacan; Kawit, Cavite; and Cagayan de Oro City, while the Vista Malls will be in Iloilo City, Davao City, Cavite, Bacoor, Las Piñas, Molino, and Daanghari.
Villar noted that before Christmas in 2017, some of the malls will be completed, while others will be finished by 2018.
Villar’s homegrown retail brands such as AllHome, AllDay Supermarket, AllToys, The Coffee Project, and AllShop department store will be found in all mall branches.
