PH firm Robinsons Land Corporation helps Japanese firm’s ‘Karaksa Hotel’
In a report published by Philippine Daily Inquirer, Robinsons Land Corporation assisted one of Japan’s leading real estate, property and chain store management firms—Xymax Corporation—in the design and marketing for its new Karaksa Hotel chain.

This partnership is made to accommodate Filipinos and other Southeast Asian tourists travelling to Japan. According to Ryuhei Mori, Xymax Overseas Business Department Head and Corporate Planning Department General Manager, in a report published by robinsonsland.com, the number of Filipino tourists in Japan is up by 30% in 2016 compared to about 250,000 visitors last year.
Mori also mentioned that Karaksa Hotels is similar to the Philippines’ Go Hotels brand with added innovations in room amenities and facilities to adapt to Japanese standards. It offers guest rooms fully equipped with services including high quality beds, hot and cold shower, bath amenities, free Wi-Fi, and buffet breakfast. There are also slippers and pajamas provided for guests to experience the Japanese culture.
