  • In a text blast sent by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the dry run for the No Window Hours on the Number Coding Policy scheme shall start October 12 (Wednesday) until October 14 (Friday) from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

    NO WINDOW HOURS. The said implementation shall start on October 17, 2016 (Monday). Image grabbed from DOTr’s Facebook page.

    This dry run will occur along EDSA, C-5, Roxas Blvs., Alabang-Zapote Road, and in the cities of Mandaluyong Makati, and Las Piñas. However, the strict implementation of this policy shall start on October 17 (Monday).

    No traffic tickets shall be issued by violating motorists will be given warning. The said dry run was announced by Thomas Orbos, MMDA General Manager and officer-in-charge.
