Smart unveils ‘most advanced mobile hub’ in PH
Mobile service provider Smart Communications has unveiled their first flagship store, dubbed as “the most advanced mobile hub” in the country at SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.

With state-of-the-art features and the latest digital lifestyle solutions, the newest Smart Store is “transformed to deliver a digitally immersive and interactive experience, powered by a syncing technology that allows for multi-screen video design on panoramic walls that is a first for a telecommunications company in Southeast Asia. According to a report by Manila Bulletin, the result is a “dynamic playground for subscribers to discover and explore the hottest videos, music, games, and perks while enjoying a seamless customer service.”

“We are proud to launch the new Smart Store, the most advanced mobile hub in the country today that provides our subscribers with an unrivaled customer service and digital experience. This builds on the momentum of our rebranding last June, when we strengthened our commitment in breaking barriers and bridging gaps for the digital Filipino,” said Ariel P. Fermin, EVP and Wireless Consumer Business Head at Smart, as reported by Manila Bulletin.

Various walls are introduced inside the dynamic digital space such as the Attract Wall, which is an “interactive augmented reality window that welcomes you into the venue. “ A member of the Smart Squad (customer-service experts) will be there to assist you in an integrated queuing system. There is also a Self-Care Wall, which lets customers manage their account and avail services. They also have an Interactive Product Wall where it projects the key features of the device as you tinker with them. You can also compare smartphones here too.
By the Interactive Tables, you can see featured content from the Smart Life app. You can check out songs, create sets to play on a digital turntable, choose films or play games. There is also a Social Corner where you can charge your devices then relax while talking to a Smart Squad member regarding your concerns with your device.
