Brotzeit was established back in 2006 by a group of German nationals based in Singapore in hopes of introducing German cuisine to the rest of Asia… accompanied by German ale, of course.
Ten years later and they’re one of the most successful franchises in Singapore, with 19 branches (including the one in BGC), the Singapore ‘Franchisor of the Year’ award in 2012, and the Singapore SME 1000 for Turnover Growth Excellence in 2015.
