  • Great news for foodies up north! Maisen recently opened a branch in SM North Edsa making it closer to more people who have been wanting to have a taste of the restaurant’s celebrated menu. The revered heritage restaurant from Japan that famously serves tonkatsu has been drawing Filipinos and expats in the metro as it opened in Greenbelt 5 Makati and recently in SM Megamall this year. Renowned in Japan, the restaurant is brought to the Philippines by retail magnate and Japanese culture admirer Ben Chan.

Timeless Taste and Service Excellence that Span Decades

The pioneering and ingenious katsu house offers a delectable variety of Japanese culinary dishes that carry the heart and soul of the restaurants’ roots that sprouted in the 1960’s and has continued to spread out decades after. The dishes also offer modern tastes that highlight Japan’s culinary traditions.

As Japanese food is essentially an art – from the ingredients to the preparation, to cooking and serving, Maisen brings to the table more than the authenticity of its signature flavours but the beauty of Japan’s distinct cultural elements with each dish – aesthetics, refinement, excellence, creativity.

Experience Japan’s finest katsu dishes and more by heading to a branch near you.
