Originally from C’ Itailan Dining in Pampanga, this one-of-a-kind dish is presented into thin strips of dough pizza, topped with alfalfa and arugula sprouts, rolled and eaten like bread. It is even more delicious when it is tried with their homemade chili oil or chili flakes to add a little spice.
